Shipping Coverage

We ship to all major cities and regions throughout Pakistan, including:

  • Lahore
  • Islamabad
  • Rawalpindi

  • Peshawar
  • Quetta
  • Sialkot
  • Gujranwala
  • And many more cities across Pakistan

Delivery Timeline

Major Cities: 2-4 business days
Other Cities: 3-7 business days
Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: PKR 200 (for orders under PKR 2,000)
Free Shipping: Available on orders over PKR 2,000

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier service details
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your package

Order Tracking

Track your order anytime on our Track Order page using your tracking number. Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipment.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services across Pakistan to ensure safe and timely delivery of your skincare products. Our partners include TCS, Leopards, and other reliable courier companies.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. Please ensure:

  • Your contact number is correct and reachable
  • Someone is available to receive the package
  • Your complete address is provided

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Simply select COD at checkout and pay when you receive your order.

Packaging

All Hershay products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use protective packaging materials and seal all products to maintain hygiene and quality.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately through our Contact Page. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost.

Lost Package: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate with the courier and resolve the issue.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping may be available in the future.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to change your address after ordering, contact us immediately. We can only modify addresses before the order ships.

Holidays & Peak Seasons

During holidays, festivals, and peak shopping seasons (Eid, weddings, etc.), delivery times may be extended by 1-3 days. We'll notify you of any expected delays.
