Return & Refund Policy

At Hershay, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your skincare products, and we've made our return process simple and straightforward.

Return Eligibility

You may return products within 15Β days of delivery if:

  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging
  • The product seal is intact and unbroken
  • You have your original order receipt or confirmation email
  • The product shows no signs of use or tampering

Important: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products purchased during final sale or clearance promotions
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately:

  • Within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Provide your order number

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us through our Contact Page within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our customer service team to provide return instructions
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the product to the address provided by our team

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-5 business days)

Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Initiated Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.

Damaged/Defective Products: Hershay will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product:

  1. Return your original product following the return process above
  2. Place a new order for the product you want
  3. Once your return is processed, you'll receive a refund

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Arrange for pickup of the incorrect item at no cost to you
  • Ship the correct product to you immediately
  • Cover all shipping costs

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
